Many retailers provide bridal registry services that are suppose to make life easier for the bride and groom.

You'll want to register with at least one retailer that offers items from the higher end of your wish list. Chose another registry that offers less expensive items. And the groom may want to register with a retailer that carries hand tools, camping gear or lawn care equipment.

Once you have decided where you want to register, don't just run to the stores with your wish list and start scanning everything in sight. First, consider your tastes.
